Poster session Posters will be on display during the entire conference, with appointed times for interaction with the authors. Posters will cover a wide range of subjects including: software for QM, accreditation, autoverification, autovalidation, error management. A poster award will be given at the Conference Dinner.
Submissions for the poster session will be reviewed by the program committe on the basis of a short abstract of not more than 200 words. As a guideline, the following questions should be answered: - describe the problem you have addressed - why is this problem important? - what is the original contribution of the work? - does it check and/or extend previously reported work?
Abstract submission form You can make your own abstract submission form. It should contain a title of not more then 20 words, the name and title of the corresponding author (who must be the presenting author), an address for correspondence, any additional authors (including titles) and the abstract of not more then 200 words.
The QUALITY in the SPOTLIGHT conference is chaired by Christel van Campenhout and Henk Goldschmidt. Right now it is the only conference in its kind that focuses entirely on Quality in Laboratory Medicine. The scientific level with speakers from both sides of the Atlantic Ocean is high. The informal atmosphere assures many opportunities to exchange ideas within this unique scientific circle.

For a reference: the Journal of Accreditation and Quality Assurance, Springer Verlag, published the proceedings over the past years. So take a look at the lectures of the years. Right now we are looking for proper place to publish the finding and results ofthis annual meeting.
